XEdge is highly recommended!! Statistics have shown that Premier teams that had or had close to 100% participation have been extremely successful in their seasons. It is not too late to sign up. Bring forms to your team's Xedge training next week to get started!!!!
The first week of training for all teams will consist of pre testing for their 1st session and Postural Sports Screens on Saturday at the courts with Edge Physical Therapy. The 11s are only supposed to train once per week, however, we have scheduled them on Saturday as well to do their sports screens.
For the second week of Xedge training, things will get more normal. The 11's will have one training session and the 12s-14s will have their normal 2 training sessions. All teams need to go through our nutrition program. We are offering sessions on Wednesday Nov. 5th & Friday Nov. 7th. Dates/times posted to schedule. All nutrition sessions will be at Xplosive Edge's home facility (Soccer Center 14706 Giles Rd.) right down the street upstairs in the audio visual room. If any of the athletes can not make either of these 2 sessions, we will have a make-up later on.
